The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouses for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1 to 3 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Important note: Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. Every once in a while, we do experience heavy shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons. Delivery can take longer, but our aim is to have your item reach you as soon as possible.

Our flat rate freight shipping program offers great pricing via UPS. There are various flat rate freight programs provided to our customers:

- Must not exceed the size and weight limits for Ground shipments (weight under 150 lbs).
- C.O.D. and any other requested special handling fees will be added to the promotional rate.
- NOT REFUNDABLE IF UPS FAILS TO DELIVER ON TIME.
- Oversized items excluded: 8’ or longer antennas, radars, satellite TV antennas, hotwater heaters, marine heads, some radar and satellite mounts, large battery chargers and inverters, powerwinch, Lewmar/Simpson Lawrence windlasses, anchor ropes, bow thrusters and tubes.

Customs fees depend on the laws of your country. In the majority of cases you are not required to pay any customs fees. We mark all our orders as low-value gifts. Moreover, we send larger orders in separate packages to avoid such charges.
Hazmat items can only ship via UPS ground to the lower 48 states.
This product is too large for common carrier UPS or Fedex. This shipment will be sent via LTL trucking. The cost for these shipments varies, so please email email@example.com for an accurate quote.

Yes, we do ship Internationally via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Additional shipping charges may be required for oversize items. All international purchases are final and non-returnable. Warranty Service may be limited or not available outside the United States. The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and custom feeds. Please contact your local office an estimate of these taxes.
Add all products to your shopping cart. While in the shopping cart page there is an "Estimate Shipping and Tax" section where you can input your shipping info to calculate shipping options available to you. You can also click proceed to checkout to input your complete address to see the calculated shipping options as well.
Please note that your item may ship from warehouses located in all parts of the country. We make every effort to ship from locations closest to our customers. Items are shipped Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Overnight and two day delivery options exclude Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays.
All orders over $500 will ship signature required. A signature may be required for delivery based on the carrier. It is their decision to request a signature as needed. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments, which will update with the estimated delivery date.
Yes! A1Nautical LLC offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-877-515-0942 and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA department for details.

IMPORTANT: In order for us to send your order to a different address other than your billing address, we need a copy of your ID. You can either email us a picture of your ID to email@example.com or you can fax it to us at (424) 254-3282. At checkout, enter the billing address when prompted for your address and then in the comments box enter the address that you want it shipped to. If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking about your order, it's likely they were marked as spam or you have mis-typed your email address. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add our emails to your safe list. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, leave the item intact in its packaging and do not use it. Please send photos and a description of the damage to email@example.com and we do our best to help you determine next steps, however, please note that once an item leaves the manufacturers the shipping company is the responsible party for any damages incurred during shipping.

Remanufactured units are devices that were returned to the factory to be factory refurbished. Remanufactured devices go through extensive testing to bring the units up to the same specifications as when they were manufactured as new, maintaining high quality standards.
